• Good email subject lines DON'T USE CAPS. EXCEPT PERHAPS INDICATING THAT YOU ARE YELLING AT THEM.
• Good email subject lines compel, not deceive. Tell what's inside, don't sell what's inside.
• Good email subject lines are fun. Ask someone else to help summarize your offer. They probably aren't lost in your jargon.
