Sherpa! makes heroes of Cbeyond team

One of our clients, Cbeyond, recently shared a success story with us. The internal team that worked on the recent Cbeyond PartnerAccess project received a prestigious internal team award for " demonstrating operational excellence on a major initiative with significant impact to the company."

And it was well deserved. Cbeyond PartnerAccess is Cbeyond's indirect sales channel partner extranet – how Cbeyond communicates with its strategic and growing set of value-added resellers. The Cbeyond PartnerAccess team poured hundreds of hours into identifying requirements, finding and selecting a web usability and portal interface vendor (us!), technology development, testing and quality assurance, deployment, and marketing of the new portal.

While the first phase is complete, there is still a ways to go to add more value to the portal. They already have some great ideas for new features and enhancements to meet their partner's needs. We look forward to helping them along the way.
